Hey everybody!  I hope you all had a great weekend!!!  I know I did because the EVO Championship Series (biggest fighting game tournament in the world) was this weekend.  Unfortunately, I was a stream monster this year but that didn't take away from the hypeness of the matches.  The Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 tournament was intense all the way through.  I loved it! I was upset to see Combofiend lose but he's still one of the best players in my opinion.  And Filipino Champ's Dormmamu is awesome!  He can be of somewhat questionable character sometime but his Marvel skills are on point.  As for Super Street Fighter IV, I felt the matches leading up to top 8 were more exciting than the top 8 themselves.  Oh well.  All that matters though is there was a huge representation of different countries in the finals as well as character diversity which was really awesome to see.  I was definitely rooting for Dieminion and PR Balrog who both had amazing performance in the tournament.  All I can say is SBO is going to be intense.  The King of Fighters tournament was also incredible.  It made me wanna pick up the game but I can't seem to stop playing Marvel haha.

Also, how hype was CEO this year?!?!  Marvel and AE were crazy!  Finally, America didn't get swept by the Japanese in Street Fighter and Justin finally beat Daigo!!!  It was soooooo awesome!  I love Street Fighter but Marvel is definitely my game and the matches this weekend were insane!  I'm a little disappointed that Combofiend didn't win (his team is so fun to watch) but it was still awesome! All I can say is I'm so excited for EVO!  I hope more international players show up to throwdown in Marvel!  3 MORE WEEKS!!!

So in Twisted Princess news, I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm currently working on my next princess.  I started her awhile ago but had to put her on hold due to work but now I'm back on it...even though I pretty much reworked everything I already had for her but it was definitely for the best.  So stay tuned!  She should be dropping soon.  Who do you guys think it is since I don't have very many left?

So I'm pretty sure that everyone knows that The Avengers came out this weekend...and it was a 7-layer cake of awesome!!!  Hulk, my favorite Marvel character, was freaking amazing!  I've already seen the movie twice and I'm 126% sure I'll be seeing it at least one more time.  If you haven't seen it, go check it out!  HULK, SMASH...HULK, SMASH EVERYTHING!!!!!!  The movie really made me wanna draw more Hulk stuff...like I don't draw enough Hulk already haha...god, I loved that movie!

Sorry it's been a week or so since JeffandCeleste [link] has been updated with new content.  Our real jobs have been kicking are butts lately but we're going to get back on schedule soon.  Plus, the Beatrice book should also becoming in the near future so be prepared.

Also, Street Fighter x Tekken came out last week.  I haven't had as much time as I would like to play but when I did I thoroughly enjoyed myself.  I think the game is really fun...at least offline...the sound and effects issues really mess up my timing online but it's not the end of the world.  It's still enjoyable especially when you team up with somebody.  All I know is Super Street Fighter 4: Arcade Edition is going to be collecting even more dust now since I have both Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 and Street Fighter x Tekken.

Also, Soul Calibur 5 comes out this week!  I'm normally not excited by 3D fighters since I'm more of a Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 and Street Fighter player but Soul Calibur 5 has Ezio Auditore from the Assassin's Creed series in it...so yeah, I'm going to be playing that this week!
